How To: Prevent the Danger of Sunbathing?

Prevent the Danger of Sunbathing?

Hello! This tutorial is made for all who like to sunbath, but also do not want to get those tiny first wrinkles too soon. Or even skin cancer.

Be aware of the danger of the UV rays.

Step 1: Protect Yourself

Put a hat or a straw hat on before you go for a walk under the hot sun. You can also use a light kerchief. This kind of head-covering has two effects, it protects your whole head and a part of your face and also your hair (if you are not shaved).Do not forget to put on your sexy sunglasses.

If your work demands being outside, where there is no shade, you can put a kerchief or something similar in the water. You can wear it on your head, but make sure that the wind is not blowing your way. You could catch a cold otherwise.

Put some sun lotion on your legs, back, chest and do not forget your arms and feet. Be careful on the area that is mostly exposed to the sunlight. Remember, that sun creme is not the ultimate protection. If the sunlight is very strong, it's best to stay in the shade.

Remember, that the sunlight provides your body with the essential vitamin D, which helps absorbing calcium. Vitamin D keeps your bones strong, especially in the era of their growth. So, therefore it prevents the (early) development of osteoporosis. You can absorb some vitamin D also if you eat tuna and drink orange juice. The lack of it can be resulted as depression or in the development of some other serious disease.

Sunbathing has a big effect on two layers of your skin. UV rays are dangerous for the structure of the skin. The skin cells can be damaged so badly, that those errors cannot be repaired. And the skin's natural defense can even start to slow down. Make sure you do not sunbathe between 10 AM and 5 PM. The sun rays have the biggest effect between 10 AM and 2 PM.

Darker sun tan can be very appealing, but in the medical sense it means nothing good. The word sunburnt defines damaged skin. Skin has to work harder when exposed to the strong sunlight. And that can cause the premature aging, usually shown as wrinkles and increased amount of sunspots.

Remember that sun rays bounce off the surface. So be careful while skiing or swimming. Even the surface on your balcony can be dangerous, for example, if it's made of cement.

Step 2: Examine You Skin.

Make sure you examine your skin regularly. You can ask you relative, a partner or a friend to take a closer look at you. If you notice any unusual spots, bigger than sunspots, looking a bit higher, it's time for a precaution.

  • If you are not sure about the type of your anomaly I suggest you visit your personal doctor and the dermatologist as quickly as possible. Remember that skin cancer can develop very fast and it is very dangerous, deadly.

It's crucial that you take care of yourself. The best way is just to listen to your body. The response to illness can appear fast, you can feel that something is wrong. If you feel like working only when the air cools down, that's OK. Remember, you must put your health first. Even you employees, for example, must understand that the climate is changing and that the precaution is in order.

It's better to protect yourself than to feel the horrible consequences, because you did not act in your benefit, when that was crucial. Wish you many happy sunny hours!
