This video is about how to reduce facial redness. The first thing that you have to do is to consult a dermatologist to make sure the redness is not a symptom of a disease or a skin disease. The next step that you will have to do is wash your face with a cleanser which contains oat extracts. After washing your face with a cleanser, apply moisturizer with feverfew. The next step is to simply add a primer followed by a green-tinted foundation to camouflage redness. After wards, soak the wash cloth in ice cold milk. After soaking, lay it in your face for about ten minutes. Also, you can take antihistamine after exercising or working-out to clear out redness. The next step is to apply 1/2% hydrocortisone in case you go to special occasions. Then, the next step is to place an ice cube in your mouth and try pressing it against the roof of your mouth which may reduce redness for some people. Also, don't forget to ask your dermatologist to ask for a photo facial to help reduce facial redness and you're done!

I will suggest you, you could try using cold milk mix with almond oil...gently dab it around your face to reduce facial redness...or a cold tea bag would also be nice, the "tanin" would act as natural astringent and moisturizer for the skin... Drink lots of water and stay away from the sun.
