"How to Fight acne with French green clay & an Aspirin mask" cover image

Fight your acne with the use of French green clay. In this video, learn how to use French green clay to fight infections and reduce inflammation. This remedy is used to calm down acne, or irritated, red skin and is perfect for sensitive skin. You can purchase French green clay at almost any healthy & beauty store. Also gone over? The rose petal steam method, an oatmeal scrub, and an Aspirin mask. Follow the below instructions to a more beautiful you!

Rose Petal Steam:

2L of water + cup (or hand full) of dried rose petals. Bring the mix to a boil and put your face over the pot about 1-2ft away and drape a towel over your head to prevent the steam from escaping. Sit in the "hut" for about 5 minutes or until you feel beads of steam+sweat rolling down your face. This opens up the pores and softens the dirt deep down in your pores. Follow by a gentle scrub and a cold water rinse.

Oatmeal Scrub:

Grind up plain oatmeal to make a powder and use as a scrub. This moisturizes your face while gently scrubbing away old, dull skin cells. Great to put nutrition and needed minerals into your skin. The scrub also greatly reduces irritation and redness cause by acne.

Aspirin Mask:

Crush Aspirin tablets into a powder and mix with a little bit of water to create a paste. This heals the acne and fights infections. Dot the acne with the powder+water mixture and leave for a few hours or overnight. The apsirin will shrink and heal the acne overnight and will reduce redness.
