Tip 1. First of all you need to maintain a diary to record how your skin has been affected on a daily basis and identify what your triggers are: for example whether it is due to spicy foods or cold weather.

Tip 2. Use a daily sun cream moisturizer of at least (spf) 15 because bright sunlight causes aggravation of rosacea.

Tip3. You have to manage you stress levels as this is a well known trigger for flare ups.

Tip 4. Gently applying an anti-redness cream can help you to camouflage the redness caused by rosacea.

Tip5. Some people have benefited from using tea face washes and face lotions in reducing and controlling rosacea.

Tip6. Niacin amide, a form of vitamin b3, zinc, selenium and other b vitamins have been of benefit to many rosacea sufferers.

Tip 7. Some people have reported a product called fade out to be effective for removing redness of the face.

Tip 8. Use aloe vera which has natural bleaching qualities and can help to reduce and soothe facial redness.

Tip 9. Apple cider vinegar taken orally is used to stimulate the release of digestive enzymes.

Tip 10. Green tea cream has also been used to help reduce pustules and pimples.

You can also use scarves, use dry face for makeup, use electric shaver. Consult your doctor before you follow any of these tips if you are on medications
