Oily Skin Needs Special Attention

If dealing with oily skin, you'll have to be very careful.

Oily skin needs special treatment, especially in the case of acne.

 Clean up your face twice daily, in the morning and in the evening.

For starters, you can use a mild natural lavender soap. It's antibacterial and it refreshes the skin. The glycerine in it also moisturizes and sometimes substitutes the need to use the moisturizing cream. Or decide for the usage of, for example a type of cleaning lotion. 

Make sure you remove your make up, if used, before you go to bed.

  • Oily skin produces more grease and moist than the normal. It is crucial to clean your pores, which can be larger than those of the normal skin.

Use steam bath or a skin mask made out of green clay to clean the skin.

At least once or twice a week if skin is very oily.

  • Oily skin looses moisture by aging. Do not think the opposite. The good part of oily skin is that it slows down the development of first wrinkles. Which is good news, especially for the ladies.

If you notice acne on your skin, it is almost necessary to visit the

dermatologist. The mild form of acne can be treated with the usage of special cremes, but the severe one requires antibiotics. Be prepared, if you visit cosmetician. She will clean your skin first. During that she'll squeeze your pimples, which might hurt a bit. Usually, more than one visit is recommended.

Acne usually appear because of the increased activity of the hormones.

They develop in puberty, sometimes even later. They can be accompanied by subcutaneous cysts. You must not squeeze them in order to prevent the development of scars. The same goes also for the pimples. 

Acne can also flourish as a result of the record of succession. For example, if the parents also had them, in their growing up days.

Healthy nutrition is important. Try to avoid greasy food, for example 

eating dry salami. Or anything that makes the condition of your skin even worse. Sometimes sweets have that kind of effect or fatty cheese. Make sure you eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits.
