In my opinion, Dermalmd acne serum is the best for drying out pimples without terrorizing your skin. I have been using this serum for decades, and now my 13-year-old son is using it. We have tried every other drugstore product, and nothing compares. All the others we tried contain Benzoyl Peroxide, which bleached out bedding/clothing and didn't work nearly as well.
