Oct 1, 2010 11:36 PM

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp of full cream powdered milk
  • 1 tbsp of pea flour

Directions

Mix & combine.

Take egg white, powdered milk, and pea flour and mix in a small bowl; stir until it looks like a smooth paste. Now slowly add powdered milk in and stir continuously making a soft paste.

Apply to face.

Wash your face and dry. Apply this mask with your fingers gently and leave for one hour or until it dries. Rub off mask and wash your face with any gentle face wash. Apply once a week and it will give you soft and glowing skin that others will notice.

Don't throw away your yolk.

Beat it in a bowl and take three tablespoons of mustard oil and 125 grams of plain yogurt. Mix all these three in a bowl and make a smooth paste.

Apply to hair.

Apply this paste to you hair with your hand or comb gently until it reaches to the roots of your hair. Try to cover all your head with it. Leave it in for an hour or two. Rinse thoroughly to wash it and use your fingers to massage your roots while rinsing. Use any mild shampoo to clean this paste. You may need to rinse again to eliminate the smell of the paste.

Use this hair mask once per week and it will prevent dandruff. You will notice that your hair becomes more silky with extra shine and certainly it will also help you out to recover from hair loss. These masks are made from simple items so anyone can use it.
